Street Photography

When I first started doing photography as a hobby, I pretty much shot everything… from sunsets, flowers, cats, to long-exposure night shots. I liked photography, but I didn’t really have a direction with it. Until I discovered Street Photography on the internet. I was hooked. I researched the masters of the genre, and looked at their ways-of-working. I bought books for inspiration. I would walk around the streets of Singapore for hours on end every weekend, looking for the right time, right place, and right light. It was easy to take random photos, but it was close to impossible to get that good shot where you captured something interesting out of the ordinary day-to-day.
